Policies

Ordering – All items are unique and handmade.  Once an item is ordered and shipped, I cannot cancel or change your order. If your order has not yet shipped, you can make changes within 24 hours.

Delivery Time – Delivery time varies depending on whether the jewelry item or items are available at the moment you order. If you order a custom design piece, please allow 5 to 7 days prior to shipping. Every effort is made to get your order to you quickly.  Shipping generally takes 3 to 7 business days. Upgraded shipping at a higher cost is available for those who request it.  Please let me know you would like to upgrade shipping at the time of your order. I cannot guarantee shipping dates.

Damage – I am not responsible for any damage to sterling silver, silver plated, gold-filled products, gemstones or any jewelry-making materials that are damaged by friction with hard objects, dropping or wearing the items while bathing, using a hot tub or swimming. I am not responsible for lost or damaged packages due to providing the incorrect shipping address.  No refunds are available for these issues.

Lost Items – I provide a tracking number for packages. I am not responsible for losses caused by shipping carriers.

FAQ

How large or small is the item?

Descriptions contain the sizes of most items. If there is a question, please email me and I will provide any further details you may need.

What color is my item?

Gemstones and handblown glass items are unique as are their colors and tones. Depending on your monitor or screen, colors may vary. I do my best to provide accurate descriptions and photos of the items on the website.

How do I track my order?

You will get an email after the items ship with the tracking details. Items are shipped though USPS and UPS.  Delivery is approximately 3 to 7 business days.  Delays in shipping can be caused by weather conditions, holidays and the COVID 19 virus.

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, I do.  It is a flat rate of $20.00 per order. Packages with expedited shipping usually take 2 to 4 days for delivery.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel within 24 hours, unless your order has already been shipped.
